Sponsorship
OneNano recognizes the importance of fostering connections within the nanoscale infrastructure community, including professionals who manage, specify, and support scientific services, tools, and instrumentation. OneNano meetings are designed to support high-quality, in-person engagement that advances technical exchange, shared learning, and community building within regional networks. Through an evening reception and a full day of programming at a Meredith Meeting, participating organizations are acknowledged for their support while engaging in informational exchange and relationship-building consistent with the collaborative and educational purpose of the event.
Sponsorship Highlights
- Program Contribution: One scheduled session (30–40 minutes) within the meeting program to contribute perspectives, technical insights, or case-based experiences relevant to the nanoscale infrastructure community.
- Organizational Presence: A designated table within the meeting space to support informational exchange with attendees.
- Program Recognition: Acknowledgment as the primary supporter of the meeting, including recognition in connection with the evening reception.
- Community Engagement: Participation in a focused, in-person setting designed to support dialogue, shared learning, and relationship-building among professionals in the nanoscale infrastructure ecosystem.
2026 Sponsorship Cost: $4000 per Chapter Meeting

Register as a OneNano Sponsor
When you sponsor a OneNano meeting, you are supporting a nonprofit professional community dedicated to strengthening nanoscale infrastructure, shared facilities, technical exchange, and workforce development. You’ll find that many of our members have worked alongside one another for years, often across institutions, facilities, and regional networks. This familiarity has established a collegial and informal environment that is focused on shared learning and candid exchange.
Your sponsorship offsets the cost of convening these meetings and supports our broader mission to connect and strengthen our ecosystem. Please note that sponsorship does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, procurement commitment, advertising purchase, or guarantee of business opportunities.
